Pop Art Dots
Today in lesson I did some revision by creating pop art dots and creating the right effect I wanted on Photoshop. By the end of the lesson I understood exactly how to create the effect that I wanted.
The first thing that I did was create a file of the appropriate size.
The next thing I did was make sure I was the mode of my file was grayscale.
After this the next step I took was covering the entire file in the colour of my choice which was grey.
The next thing I did was pixelate the file. I chose the colour halftone pixilation option.
After selecting this option the next thing I did was set the max radius at 70. This is because having the max radius at 70 created nice spacing in between the dots.
After choosing the colour halftone I then clicked on colour halftone another two times. It was after this I got my final result and I think it looks quite professional and visually appealing.
