Character designs and improvements

So this task required me to draw a large amount of shapes onto a blank page . With these shapes on a separate page I used the shapes that I created to create characters. Those characters are the characters above. After I drew these pictures out I scanned them onto my computer.

These images were then taken and opened up into Photoshop, were then using path layer, the paint tool and the pen tool I added this cool effect to it.

The first thing I did was go over the body using the paint tool. After this I created a new layer for the eyes and I then created the eyes. After creating a new layer I then created the squiggly looking shape.

After this the next step was to go over the hands which I did with the pen tool. After having many layers for the project I flattened the layers.
